Just a random guy on the internet.
I do worldbuilding, a little bit of art, and a lot of bullshit.
BYI, know I'm a queer transgender Christian man thing. If you don't fw that, feel free to leave the page and block me on whatever platform you got here from. pronoun and flag blast!!! wow

A rectangular flag with five equal-width horizontal stripes: blue, pink, white, pink, blue.
A rectangular flag with five equal width horizontal stripes: pink, a darker pink, dark purple, bluish purple, light bluish purple.
A rectangular flag with five equal-width horizontal stripes: green, light green, white, grey, black.
A rectangular flag with nine equal-width horizontal stripes: black, baby blue, sky blue, lime, white, gold, salmon pink, baby pink, and black.

A somewhat long note about my beliefs on online morality, when it comes to fictional media:I don't refer to myself as "proship" or whatever, but I do believe that people are not inherently bad if they enjoy controversial or "problematic" fictional media, even when it contains fictional situations that are morally wrong to partake in IRL. Fiction can affect reality, but it's not some possessive evil thing that turns a person into some kind of malicious subhuman demon.A fully aware, mentally "sane" adult will take actions based on their own choices. It's no one's fault but their own if they decide to harm another living being. As such, they as the perpetrator should be the one to be blamed and punished by their local community. If they are inspired to take a harmful action based on fictional media, it's still their fault, not the creator's. The creator should not be blamed, harassed, or otherwise punished because of another individual's actions. A creator that supports a perpetrator's harmful actions can still reasonably be admonished and abandoned by their fans, but still, they aren't inherently the cause of the perpetrator's harmful action.Any reasonable member of society knows better than to harm another person without due cause, and should be able to recognize when an action will lead to someone being harmed. If they don't or can't, then they shouldn't be engaging with media that depicts morally wrong situations in a positive or neutral light. Instead, they should be receiving support from their more empathetic and compassionate community members until they are ready to re-engage with the world safely and potentially help others stuck in similar situations.

In any case, it's not my right nor yours to decide if an adult stranger is capable of recognizing harmful actions and making good decisions. No matter whether you hate "proship" content or are into such content, go outside and talk with real, diverse people regularly. It's not good for your own sanity to stay cooped up in your own little world bubble where you do nothing but stress about purity culture or harass people for having a differing opinion. Fuck Twitter and it's hatemongering tactics.

Be mindful and respectful, no matter where you're interacting with people.
Censor sensitive content in spaces children may be in and don't interact with something if it triggers you.
If you're online, you have the right to block anyone, and they have the right to block you, for literally any reason ever (or none at all).Don't like, don't read.
Upset, just block.
Let's make the internet safe for everyone. Please and thank you.

Terms of Service

... 1.) General Terms
1a. Unless otherwise specified, any commissions bought from me are for non-commercial use. The commissioner is not allowed to sell and/or make any profit off of the artwork. The commissioner may pay an extra 100% for the completed artwork to be available for commercial use. This additional payment may be requested at any time.
1b. Proper credit will always be required when the image is shared publicly, including if the image is altered in any way. Properly crediting me counts as using my moniker “LoreParmenter”, using my discord username “LoreParmenter#8071”, and/or linking my ToyHouse account.
1c. Any images, characters, or otherwise artwork I create can not be used for, associated with, or involved with non-fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, other blockchain-related technology, artwork generated by artificial intelligence (AI), and anything else highly disputed in the art community unless otherwise explicitly stated by me.
... 2.) Payment
2a. All commissions are to be paid upfront, or 50/50 with half of the payment being sent when I accept the commission, and the other half being paid after the commissioner receives the finished artwork.
2b. All commissions are to be paid through Paypal, unless otherwise specified. If the commissioner does not have access to Paypal, they may request to pay through Venmo or Cashapp. If these options are still not accessible for the commissioner, they may inquire about other payment options. Gift cards will not be accepted as payment.
2c. All prices are subject to change. If I change a price after a commission has been accepted, the commissioner will not need to pay a different amount than previously agreed.
... 3.) Process
3a. I will send the commissioner a message when I begin their commission. The commission will be completed and sent to the commissioner as a high-resolution Portable Network Graphics (PNG) file within two weeks after this notice is sent. If I fail to meet this time limit or am unable to meet it, I will contact the commissioner to further discuss the state of the commission.
3b. Work in progress (WIP) images will be given at the end of each phase (sketching, line art, color, shading). Otherwise, they will only be given if I need further clarification or the commissioner requests it.
3c. Requests for major edits will only be fulfilled in the sketch phase, that is, before I begin the line art. Requests for minor edits will only be fulfilled in or before the coloring phase, that is, before shading.
3d. For general artwork, the commissioner must send me the following information: the type of artwork they want commissioned (e.g. colored half body); an image portraying the character(s) being drawn; a description of the pose, scene, and background, if applicable; and any other relevant details, such as a specific color palette.
3e. For reference sheets of pre-existing characters, the commissioner must send me the following information: which views they want of the character (e.g. front and back, front and face close-up); an image portraying the full body of the character being drawn; a description of the pose or personality of the character, otherwise the character will be drawn in a flat A-pose; and any other relevant details, such as specific items the commissioner wants drawn as a close-up, if the character’s name is to be on the reference, the color or transparency of the background, etc.
3f. For custom characters, the commissioner must send a description of the character being created. Commissions sent with the following information are more likely to be accepted than those without: a mood board; an aesthetic; an outfit; and/or a list of things the commissioner likes and dislikes in a character.
... 4.) Rights
4a. I have the right to refuse to take any commission.
4b. I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
4c. I have the right to use the artwork, or WIP images of it, as promotional material.
4d. The commissioner has the right to cancel the commission if they have not yet paid.
4e. The commissioner has the right to request and receive a refund if a WIP image has not yet been sent to them.
4f. The commissioner does not have the right to remove my signatures or other watermarks representing me, the artist.
4g. The commissioner does not have the right to claim my artwork as their own original work.
... 5.) Rights - Adoptables and Customs
5a. The commissioner has the right to gift, trade, or sell the original character for a price less than or equal to the original commission's price, plus the price of any additional artwork bought after obtaining the character.
5b. The commissioner has the right to use the original character to promote themselves, an original story, or anything else, if they are not profiting off of the character, and proper credit for the original design is given to me. The only exception for being unable to profit off the character is if they pay an additional 100% for commercial rights on the character. This additional payment may be requested at any time.
5c. The commissioner has the right to create an original reference sheet for the character that displays the same design or an updated version of their design, as long as the new reference sheet is completely original, doesn't use any of my artwork from the original commission, and is still recognizable as the original character.
5d. Reference sheets and original characters (adoptables) that were made without a specific buyer in mind must be paid for before the buyer receives the artwork. If the buyer cannot pay immediately, the artwork and character will be withheld, or "on hold," for up to a week.
